Constructed from a Zytel-based, carbon-fiber filled, polymer, the stock is impervious to all common firearm solvents and lubricants. The stock is equipped with (4) hard points for push-button, quick-detach sling-swivels, and has a storage compartment in the pistol grip. Definitely recommended

Brownells USA Just what the Mini needed,..a top rail 09/07/2014

I have the mini-14 tactical model and have wanted this stock since it came out. I wasn't disappointed. The rail is solid as a rock and reinforced with stainless steel grommets for the screws, so they wont strip out like aluminum or plastic threads, these are all s.steel. The fit was a snap, no problems at all, it literally dropped in, in five minutes. There is some fitting for the Mini-30 model but it's not too bad. The stock and check riser are adjustable, plus there's a compartment in the grip to store a bore snake, extra batteries, or accessories, and the sling mounts are nice too. Of coarse the most obvious advantage is in the optics you can choose from now that you have a complete rail that you could co-witness with also ! If your a mini-14 owner and want to make your mini a little more tactical ,...This is for you...
