Boyds rifle stocks are made from laminated wood and are available in various colours. Laminated wood is an excellent material for rifle stocks; stronger than standard factory wood or plastic and virtually impregnable to water or moisture.  Furthermore the manufacturing process allows an almost unlimited number of variations, allowing Boyds to manufacture stocks for numerous  guns in multiple configurations.
