100-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, experience any issues, decide it's not right for you, or simply change your mind, we've got you covered.
Voluntary Return Policy – Up to 100 Days from Receipt of Goods
- In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we provide a voluntary return policy allowing you to return goods within 100 days of receipt. This extended return period enables you to cancel the contract even after the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period has elapsed, provided the goods are returned within 100 days (the period begins the day after you receive the goods).
- To exercise this return policy, items must be returned in their complete original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, you are required to obtain suitable replacement packaging.
- The return deadline is considered met if the goods are dispatched on time. However, the voluntary return policy requires that items be returned in their entirety, in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original sales packaging. All accompanying materials, such as instructions and intact seals (where applicable), must also be included. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being refused or compensation being required for any loss in value caused by handling that exceeds what is necessary to assess the goods' characteristics, properties, and functionality.

The 100-day voluntary return policy does not apply to:
- Sealed goods where the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalised items that are not prefabricated and are tailored specifically to the customer's requirements or preferences.
Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your legal warranty rights.
- During the statutory withdrawal period, only the conditions outlined under the statutory law apply. The voluntary return policy does not limit or replace your statutory warranty rights. Additionally, this policy does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
