The Nordic Components MXT Extension Tube Kits offer a universal fit solution for extending the capacity of various 12ga shotguns. These kits are designed to provide you with everything you need to increase your shotgun's magazine capacity efficiently.

What's Included:

  • The extension tube in your selected additional capacity
  • The correct length spring for the tube
  • An end cap

To ensure the perfect fit, simply choose the appropriate capacity MXT Extension kit for your needs and purchase the correct Nordic Components Shotgun Extension Tube Nut that matches your shotgun (sold separately).

  • B Models are engineered for a flush fit on Benelli M1/M2 (+3B on 18.5" barrel; +5B on 21" barrel)
  • Constructed from Anodized 6061 aluminum for enhanced strength and reduced weight
  • Features a relief groove to eliminate barrel clamp travel and ensure repeatable placement after disassembly (available for +2 through +9 extensions only)
  • Relief groove is located off-center to allow location adjustment by reversing the tube

Brownells USA Must Swage the Magazine First on Tac-14 04/04/2018

Mag extension and Remington Nut from Nordic Components work well AFTER you swage or grind the dimples out of the end of the magazine tube. I used the 006-000-119WB Magazine Tube Detent Swage-Remington 12 Gauge from Brownells. I re-used the standard Remington Spring and so far so good. No feeding problems yet.



Should accommodate 6 standard 1/16" crimp 2 3/4" shells tightly in the magazine of a Tac-14 after dimple removal. I use the S&B 00 Buck which has a 7/32" crimp so I only get 5, but boy do they rip.

If you're asking yourself, "Will it really be that much better than some of the cheaper alternatives?" the answer is, "Yes!" I put this +6 under a 28" Stoeger M3k and it fits perfectly (just shy of reaching muzzle). I have cheaper tubes on other guns that "get the job done" but have learned Nordic really is a cut above. Fit and finish perfect, spring is superior quality. Everything installed in minutes, runs like a champ without further adjustment. Super happy. [Buy the clamp too! Fits in tube's groove nicely to prevent sliding, very professional-- totally different league than other less expensive alternatives.]
