Mfr Part: 90630 878405000020 Mesa Tactical has made the ability to install AR-15 adjustable buttstocks and pistol grips to your Remington 870 12 gauge a real possibility to allow for the ultimate in a tactical shotgun configuration! The Mesa Tactical Remington 870 12 Gauge High-tube® telescoping stock adapter facilitates the use of a collapsing or telescoping stock for your shotgun, in doing so this shortens the length of pull which is especially important for law enforcement or tactical operators. The High-tube adapters require an optics rail due to the comb height, which Mesa Tactical has included with the system. The Mesa Tactical Remington 870 12 Gauge High-tube® Telescoping Stock Adapter and Rail Kit is a simple concept in that the shotgun stock is replaced by an adapter that mimics the stock attachment point of an AR-15 lower receiver. The adapter accepts an AR-15 receiver buffer tube, the collapsible stock and pistol grip can then be securely attached to the shotgun. Shotgun Stock is replaced with adapter that mimics the stock attachment point of an AR-15 Fits Remington 870 12 gauge Generally will NOT fit semi-auto shotguns due to the return spring housing Can accept almost any stock or grip combination made for the AR-15 platform. The only grip limitation issue is in regards to the duck bill style grip 9” rail with black finish No special tools required for installation Factory suggests blue Loctite® liquid thread locker for screw heads
