Available in either 14.5” or 16.1” lengths with a mid-length gas system, the Enhanced Profile offers a number of advantages over the USGI type of profile, highlighting a continuous taper designed for optimal weight, balance, and performance. The Enhanced Profile does away with the sharp handguard cap shoulder for improved barrel harmonics and improved accuracy, and also features a tapered profile out front, for easier maneuverability. Included in both kits is a phosphate finished, steel, .625 BCM Low Profile Gas Block and a BCM Mid-Length Gas Tube to allow you to complete the installation of your barrel with top quality parts. The BCM Enhanced Lightweight Profile Barrels have the following specs: 11595E certified Mil-Spec Steel Chrome bores and 5.56 NATO chambers USGI 1/7 Twist Rates M4 Barrel Extensions Manganese Phosphate Finish HPT / MP Inspected

Definitely recommended

Brownells USA Great kit 12/05/2018

This kit was awesome to build with. The barrel is accurate, installs as easily as any other barrel, and really makes the rifle balance nicely.

Slightly recommend

Brownells USA better options for the money 24/11/2017

I gave up on this barrel after paired with a BCM complete lower. 2-3 MOA and under gassed. Replaced with Daniel Defense and improved accuracy and reliability.
