Must have!!! (23/04/2012)

The Ghost ultimate trigger connector is a great addition to any GLOCK. It is a "drop in" part and the improvement in the trigger is drastic. I installed this connector in both my GEN4 Glock 22 and 23 which came from the factory with a 5.5lb connector. The only thing I did to add to the connector is polish to a mirror finish as I have with all of my other trigger components including the GEN3 transfer bar. I now went from a 7lb trigger down to just over 4lbs with a crisp trigger break. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Didn't function at all in Gen 3 G-27 (25/03/2013)

I had previously installed a Scherer 3.5lb connector in my G-23 and loved it. They were out of stock and these had good reviews so I thought I'd try one. Installed it 3 different times, but the slide would never go back with it in. I reinstalled the factory connector to make sure I hadn't damaged any parts and it worked fine again. Just to be sure, I tried the Ghost again with the same results. I may have just gotten a lemon, but this would not work at all in my gun.

I bought the 3.5 Ultimate trigger connector and a Wolff competition spring pack to improve the absolutely awful 8.7 lb trigger that came on my Gen 3 G23.

The connector took my trigger pull weight down to 4.5 lbs. I installed the Wolff springs, and the trigger dropped to under 3.5--way too light for a carry gun, and the reset was mushy....I went right back to the factory springs--the connector was all it needed. Great product, great price and Brownells amazed me again with their fast shipping.

Disappointed (25/04/2014)

Quickly and easily installed in gen 4 G26, but then I've had my Glocks apart before and even have an original Ghost 3.5# connector in my gen 2 G17. Ultimate connector worked just fine when I installed it, and I'll admit to not measuring the pull, but I felt it wasn't any better WRT pull weight (not why I bought it) but especially WRT trigger feel (why I bought it) than stock. The smoothness (Ghost in my 17 is much smoother than stock - also I have polished my triggers) I expected wasn't there and it didn't feel any lighter, in fact I thought it stacked pretty badly after a decent take up in the first stage â yeah, I know that's a double-action description, but striker-fired triggers are similar in many ways and that's what it felt like â a bad double action. But the deal-breaker was the reset. I overlook some faults in the Glock trigger because the reset is fantastic. This reset was lousy. The nice, crisp, tactile and loud reset was gone; replaced with a barely detectable and mushy one. That's my experience, YMMV.
