Extra-heavy duty armorers wrench provides easier installation and removal of all barrels up to 1¼" diameter with either encapsulated or peg-style barrel nuts. Extra-long handle features smooth, contoured edges for comfortable use. Includes ½" square drive opening for torque wrench application; 5⁄8" and ¾" slots fit receiver extensions and A1/A2 flash suppressors applications, .308 for use with AR-Style .308 rifles. 3/4 inch slot may not fit some brakes, flash hiders or comps with less than .410 long driving flats. Will NOT work with DPMS 20 tooth pattern .308 barrel nuts.

Slightly recommend

Too thick 14/10/2017

Very good quality but it is too thick to fit most muzzle devices using a crash washer. I had to grind mine down thinner to fit.

Performs as Designed 15/11/2016

I have been using this wrench for just over a year. It has served me well during several AR-10 builds and numerous repairs and rebarreling projects. Unlike previous reviewers I have only found one rifle this wrench did not readily fit and that was an Stag Arms AR -10 and that was due to proprietary hole spacing on the barrel nut and with a slight modification of removing the middlle pin it worked fine. I also have the matching AR-15 wrench which works just as well. They are a heavy duty wrench that should last as long as there are guns to use them on.
