Gen II 5 rnd Mag,s(04/01/2012)
I bought 2 five round magazines for my AR-10A4. they work fine, with no problems. My only dislike about them is that they are too short, and if you don't make double sure they latch, they fall out. I prefer the longer mags that you can see when in the rifle. They are fine for hunting if you remember to double check them. As with the 20 rnd mags I don't miss the the follower stop dohickey at all.
Does not fit LMT MWS(30/07/2012)
Please be aware that this does not fit the magazine well on an LMT MWS 308. My mistake in purchasing, but wanted to save you all the same experience.

not alot a choice(13/05/2010)
I bought 5 because there is not much choice for a Armalite AR10; had jam problems with the first full mag. seems that the bullet tilts down but I'm waisting bulk foreign military surplus that has a long sharp bullet. They feed through my super x ar and my 10 round armalite mags ok. so I think the problem is the follower not coming up flat. Hoping it's just the one cause there ain't much choice on this one.
Armilite King of AR 10's(19/07/2013)
The only weapon-( AR 10) that has a 25 round Mag-and I have 25--mags, they all work with Lake City, all the time , and never fail.
Based on M-14 Magazine (01/04/2016)
Based on the M-14 magazines how can there be any problems. You never hear of anyone saying they had a malfunction with the M-14 magazine and you want have a problem with the Armalite AR-10 magazines. They are built like a tank and last forever. I purchased my first Armalite AR-10 when they first came out and I am still using the magazines that came with it. What more could you ask?
Works Great(27/05/2010)
Nothing better than a factory magazine that feeds and fits perfect. These things are expensive but my 20 round mag functions flawlesslly in the AR-10.
Gen-II 20 rnd Magazines(04/01/2012)
My new AR-10a4 came with gen.II 20 rnd. magazine. Right out of the box it worked great. I don't miss the stupid follower dohickey on the older magazines at all.
Armalite, The Original AR Builder (28/07/2016)
I have been using this original magazine which shipped with my rifle since it was built in 1994. The only problem I ever had was the floor plate started to shift rearward. Take it partially out, give it a slight reverse bend so it catches the housing good, and not a single problem for 7 thousand rounds and counting. I wore out a barrel and still use the original magazine. I'm ordering 3 more as soon as they are in stock. If you know how many you have, then you don't have enough.
