The innovative KE Arms SLT-2 Straight Trigger eliminates the grittiness and heaviness common to military type AR-15 triggers. And it’s packed into a self-contained, drop-in module that any AR-15 owner can easily install into his or her rifle. Preferred by many target shooters, the straight shoe lets you place the pad of your finger exactly where you want it on the SLT-2 to produce maximum leverage with the least amount of effort. The KE Arms crew developed an innovative "sear link" technology that eliminates the disconnector entirely to produce constant engagement between the sear and hammer for a smooth, gratifyingly consistent pull. The SLT-2’s reset is ultra-fast, so fast lightning quick follow-up shots are a given. And there’s less wear, too, so your trigger lasts longer, too. Self-contained, drop-in module fits mil-spec fire control pocket Mid-range single-stage 4.5 lb. pull Pre-set at the factory to have minimal takeup/over travel (not user adjustable) Drastically reduces split times Compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver Fits standard .153" hammer/trigger pin receiver holes You can get the SLT-2 straight trigger alone or packaged with a KE Arms ambidextrous safety that lets you set a short throw 45 degree arc or a traditional 90 degree arc. The SLT-2 will also let you engage the safety regardless of whether the hammer is down or cocked; an extra layer of protection when transitioning or clearing jams. All the SLT-2’s moving parts are sealed in the anodized aluminum housing, protecting them from fouling and debris. The whole module drops into any lower receiver with a mil-spec fire control pocket. It’s retained with standard .153" hammer/pins captured by springs inside the housing bushings. Fits pistol caliber blow back systems and high-velocity bolt/carrier groups, too, and it’s more than robust enough to stand up to the trigger eating reputation of SIG Sauer’s MPX. (Will not work with SIG MCX firing pin safety.) Also available with a straight shoe - #100-027-833.
