Great Product !! (14/08/2009)

Received my 3 piece finished Garand stock kit today (08/14/09) and am extremely pleased. The grain is excellent, color is perfect and the fit is exceptional. The new wood is a tight fit so that there are no gaps. Would recommend this kit to any Garand owner wanting to upgrade his/her rifle.

EXCELLENT WOOD. HAD TO DO JUST A LITTLE TRIM WORK TO GET THE TRIGGER GROUP TO LOCK DOWN. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING FIT GREAT. ADDED A COUPLE COATS OF BIRCHWOOD GUN FINISH FOLLOWED BY A GOOD RUB DOWN WITH OOOO STEEL WOOD AND WHAT A LUSTER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STOCK TO PRETTY UP YOUR OLD CMP GARAND
