I want to start off by saying I was using a sight pusher that is designed to install iron sights on M&P Shields when working with these sights. The front sight went on with ease. However, the rear sight was a complete 360 from from the front sight. It was going on with normal resistance (similar to the front sight). The normal resistance marred the rear sight (there was no marring to the front). Then I used a brass punch to punch it out, because sight pusher already damaged the rear. The brass punch damaged the other side of the sight. I believe they used some of the cheapest alluminum to make the rear sight (it shouldn't of marred that bad). I know this because I have worked with many sights before.

I really like these sights my complaints are the image shows red front green rear the sights I received were opposite red/orange rear green front is this a huge deal for me no but for some people it would be a huge issue as the warmer color is the one that will attract your eye for focal plane another complaint is the sides were impossible to drive in without damaging due to a angled downward toward pistol rear sight attempted using a dowel but sight split it due to sharp edge also sights are much more narrow if you center them no problem but if they need adjusted expecially away from ejection port they will uncover the striker blocker under sights do sights work yes are they easier to pick up over factory yes will I keep them on weapon yes for now just wish

I have these installed on my SD40VE & my M&P 9mm Pro Series, and I really like them.

I think these sights really catch the eye and are easier to line up shots with compared to other sights. I love that you can change out the fiber optic rods to different colors. If you're looking for a set of fixed sights I strongly recommend these. I would have given 5 stars, but I think all sights are over priced, so I only gave 4. These are cheaper than other similar sights though.
