Impact-resistant, Tactical Stock Adapter provides a strong, lightweight coupler to attach pistol grips and CAR-15 style butt stocks to the popular, Remington 870 shotgun. 33% fiberglass-reinforced nylon provides superior strength with minimal weight increase; won’t warp, crack, or shrink in extreme weather conditions. Tight-tolerance, molding process ensures proper fit and virtually eliminates unsightly mold seams. Slight, 7° angle drops the butt stock for an improved sight path with barrel-mounted sights. Allows 10" to 13" length-of-pull adjustment when used with a collapsible, “shorty” stock.
SPECS: Fiberglass-reinforced nylon, matte black. 2¾" (7cm) long, 1½" (3.8cm) wide, 3" (7.6cm) high. Includes locking ring and grip hardware. 5 oz. (142g) wt. Fits Rem 870, 12 gauge

Simple is better(09/09/2009)
Looks very simple but works better than advertised. Went on easily and has a very slight downward angle that makes the stock sit on your sholder very comfortably. The adjustable length feature makes it easy to shoot if you are wearing a t-shirt or heavy winter hunting clothes. You can use any M4 stock and grip combo, so you can tailor the look and feel to be just what you want. An excellent part at a very fair price.
Sorry but I wont buy it again(25/07/2012)
It looks perfect and durable at the beginning. Easy to install but if users must try to uninstall it from the gun, that will not be very easy. Mine's srew thread was seperated from the main body. Disharmony of metal and plastic! Also I am an engineer, so I am not inexprienced. I have installed it correctly.
