Must have for 1911 builders(22/09/2018)
I purchased this set on the recommendation from two of my instructors at gunsmithing school. I was apprehensive about spending the money on a tool I didn't really think I would use. I instantly changed my mind when starting to fit the grip safety. It would not go into the frame until I reamed it. This makes the job easier and a much better end product. I highly recommend if you plan on building a 1911 the right way. Only real con so far is the labeling is horrible on these and many of them are only .001 difference so you have to measure them each time. I marked the handles but they should be marked clearly from the factory in my opinion.
