Designed at the request of the growing number of 50 BMG users. They told us they only needed 10 rounds and they preferred a slip top design. We added bullet tip protection for most bullets seated at standard lengths. This is done by holding the rounds at the shoulder.

Can't go wrong with anything from MTM (21/10/2015)

I have a ton of these and at this current price, 4 bucks each, I just bought 5 more. These are the best I have found for the 50 BMG round. Each case holds 10 rounds and 5 cases will fit easily into a 50 cal ammo can with finger room to grab a case from the can. This sure beats loose rounds and that's the way I carried them before.

Each box can be labeled with load data and I use duct tape as it really sticks and you can write on it with a Sharpie marker. When finished, peel tape off and any tape residue remaining will come off with WD-40 or Brake-Kleen using a rag and it won't harm the plastic. I must have 30 of these by now and when chrono testing, I find these boxes an easy way to keep rounds separate from other batches.

Only con to these boxes is the loose fitting slip-over top but you get accustomed to it and grab lower on the body when picking the case up.

Simple, straightforward, nothing to break and dependable. Great product and I recommend it to anyone who has the .416 or 50 BMG rounds.

I also use the MTM Universal Loading Tray to hold the 50 cal tips in an upright position when I am batch weighing from an ammo can. Each tray holds 50 and I use 3 trays when loading up a full can. Keeps the tips from rolling all over your loading bench. MTM, good stuff.
