Very Bright(04/10/2012)
These are very bright and true to size. I opened my Novak front sight (.040") on my Colt 1911 to .060" and slipped one of these in. Great sight picture and bright, just outstanding for quick pick up shooting.
Easy filament repair(22/03/2013)
I have a S&W M&P Pro Series .40 that came with the Novak high-viz sights from the factory. I was shooting and the sights became no-viz - as in the front element went missing. I was guessing at size (didn't think to take a small drill from my box of many bits and find out approx. sizing) but the 1.5 mm turned out to be correct. Cut an approximate length, melted the ends with a lighter - slight heat and they pool right over and hold it in. Nice bright green - like the original - easy fix!
