Provides a consistent, small drop of your favorite lubricating oil, cleaner, bore solvent, stock stain or finish. Hollow steel "needle" accurately puts that drop of oil or solvent right where you need it most. Helps prevent over-lubrication, contamination and waste. Made from high density polyethylene plastic; fluorinated to resist breakdown from all common petroleum based solvents and protect any outer label from migration damage. Threaded aluminum top features a heavy-duty, inner, rubber seal and removable slip cap; both seal tightly and prevent leaks. NOTE: Color and style of actual bottles may vary slightly from photograph. Function is not affected.
SPECS: Holds approximately ½ fl. oz. (17cc). Sold in 3 paks

A Range Bag/Box Must(05/12/2011)
I have 1 of these on my work bench (w\light oil), 2 in my range box (1 gun oil, 1 for solvent). The needle applicator puts the oil/solvent exactly where you want it. Need a little mid range time lube? A couple of drops at the frame/slide rail interface and your good to go!!
Caution(07/03/2012)
First let me say the oilers are fine, work as advertised and so far haven't leaked. Now for the caution, CHECK the cap, mine had shavings from what appeared to be leftovers from the cap threading. Pull the washer and check there as well, mine were full of shavings. I decided to recommend the product with the above caveat.
Browneoos Needle Oilers(19/03/2012)
I use the needle oiler to lubricate my 1911. It puts oil exactly where I want it in tight areas. It works especially well when lubricating the slide assembly.
Need More(12/04/2012)
These little bottles are great. I have had them in my shop for a while now and definately need more. They are perfect for getting whatever fluid exactly where you need. I found that I have reduced waste of fluids quite a bit now. Also less mess. Love these little suckers.
A cleaning kit must have.(20/04/2012)
I've finally found something that puts the right amount of oil where I need it, without making a mess. Also they're translucent so you can easily see the fluid level inside. I keep one with Kroil, one with Hoppe's #9, and one with CLP in my cleaning kit. Holds enough to clean several guns before re-filling. They're inexpensive and they haven't leaked yet. Check for platic or metal shavings before you fill them.
Check The Gasket.(18/06/2012)
I have these as a replacement for three needle oiler bottles of the same design except that these have a red "stopper" whereas the previous bottles had a black stopper.
These also have a different part number. Hopefully these have an improved gasket inside the cap that makes the seal between the metal cap and the top of the plastic bottle. The previous bottles were discontinued and probably because fluids such as Kroil and Sweets 7.62 cleaner caused the gasket to dissolve. These are great bottle for the design making it easy to easily place a small drop of oil.
If you have these, just check occasionally to see if the gasket is holding up as when the previous bottle's gasket broke down, it was like melted black chewing gum.
Ideal Oiler(07/09/2012)
Can't go wrong with this needle oiler. Perfect for the hard to reach places. Needle tip allows exact amount in the right spot too. Perfect for armorer's tool kit. Fill it to the level you need and leave the larger oil container at home. Just don't lose the cap like I did. A pencil eraser does the trick though!
Hard plastic bottle(30/12/2013)
I figured I'd get these from Brownell's since they surely wouldn't carry anything that's junk. Sorry, but this is junk. Can't hardly squeeze the bottle to get any oil to flow. Hoppe's oiler bottle is far superior.
Works Great(04/12/2014)
Over all great product. Works well with my oils and solvents. Was quite sure after I read the lesser reviews but haven't experienced any of the issues that they explained. Price is great and use them every day with my work as a gunsmith. The only thing I can mention that might be a issue is make sure that the tops are tight before you use had an one that wasn't tight pop of when I squeezed it.
simply the best but not perfect(15/10/2015)
Can't live without these once you've owned them for while. not sure what the deal is with the one star reviewer. there's something seriously wrong if you cant squeeze these bottles. I mean come on seriously. only thing I can think of is it was clogged with debris. I wouldnt like these if they were made from low density poly. they wouldnt distribute oils correctly (small drops) and they wouldnt be as durable. the ONLY issue I've had was with the one bottle I used for Eezox the black rubber grommet swelled and got soft. not gummy or dissolved just swelled and fell into the bottom. the bottle still sealed tight without it thanks to the good sturdy contrsuction. I've bought several other brands of oil that come with needle oiled bottles. this is by far the best.
Excellent product. Perfect for oiling those hard to reach areas. Just ordered more.
One Arm shooter approved !!!!(20/12/2017)
Super nice , buying the bigger ones soon. I have one arm and this product makes things easier on me.
Check the gasket before each use! (13/03/2018)
These worked great for a couple of weeks. I filled them with Hoppes, Kroil and Ballistol. I was so happy with them that I even built a little tray for them. Today I used them, and got my work bench covered in Hoppes. They leaked! I checked the little black o-ring type gasket, and sure enough it was warped & deformed. I spent time trying to reshape the gasket, and being careful not to over-tighten, etc. Perhaps there's a trick or method to keep them from leaking. I keep them inside the house. I'm not sure what to think. I was planning to get another set for Rem Oil, and Mac-1's Air Gun lube, but I think I'll wait & try to sort out the problem. Maybe just need new O-rings? I can't recommend them at this time.
