It contours the bag and provides a solid base on barricades without adding a lot of overall height to your rifle system. Made of waxed canvas and filled (fill volume is externally adjustable) with a special blend of poly beads and sand-like material, these are a great option for someone wanting a more minimalist approach to the RailChanger X. Most positional shooting bags are not filled firmly on purpose. The reason being a loose filled bag will fill in gaps, drape across obstacles, and create a more stable shooting platform than a firm filled bag.
