Awesome action!(05/03/2010)
Wow. I transformed my Uberti Cattleman from a regular feeling saa to a very slicked up 'gunslinger' style feel with these springs. The trigger pull is waaaay better and cocking the hammer feels light, fast and natural. I can actually fan this gun like in the movies now! I'm buying a second pack for my other Uberti!
good deal(14/11/2010)
made my saa cimmaron smooth shooting.took 20 mins. to replace all springs.very good product.i would buy them agin.
Made a world of difference...(15/11/2010)
I replaced the trigger spring and main spring in my Cimarron model P with these springs and was amazed at the difference. Not only is the trigger pull lighter, the hammer is now smooth as glass. I'm ordering another set for my left hand gun and a couple sets for my friends. No loss of ability to forcefully strike the primers either.
Shooter's Action Job(18/12/2010)
For most shooters, other than those in that top 10% who demand the 'Best Action Jobs',,,,,,I advise replacing the factory parts with the Wolff spring kit as most will be amazed at how light the action is, and have seen these springs compared to some $100 'action jobs' where someone stoned hammer and trigger, reworked the hammer spring (some actually do that rather than buy a spring,, and some do so by making the spring THINNER which leads to breakage. After trying the Wolff kit, Then if they want the Action worked worked on,,, go on to a better action job. About 70% stop with the Wolff Springs.
Very Pleased!(05/01/2011)
Installed this afternoon in just a few minutes. Made the action a lot smoother. I like the design of the wire bolt spring.
Love it !!Buying another(30/11/2011)
Easy to install
Easy to install(12/01/2012)
Got this kit for Cowboy Fast Draw and it really makes a difference. Very easy to install, and here's a tip: If any of the screws are stuck use some freeze spray on them -- I used some electronics spray. Shrinks the screw and it comes right out.
Great for CAS(12/04/2012)
Really smoothed a pair of Ubertis, one from Cimarron and one from Taylor's. Easy to install and the made the action light and smooth. No issues with factory ammo or Winchester primed reloads.
Major Action Improvement(09/06/2010)
This spring set was used to replace the mainspring, bolt/trigger spring, base pin and ejector springs in an USFA Rodeo revolver. The mainspring did require modification and was shortened about one eighth of an inch to make it just slightly longer than the factory mainspring. The other three springs were direct replacements for the factory springs. There was a major change in the action as a result of replacing these springs. The revolver is much easier to operate; the hammer draws back smoother, the trigger pull is reduced and is also crisper. After replacing the springs the revolver functions perfectly and is 100% reliable when firing. Another significant improvement was the spring loaded ejector; prior to replacing the spring the ejector action was not smooth and was rough, even sticking at times. After replacement the ejector operated extremely smoothly and quietly throughout the full ejection cycle with a reduced noise factor. The ejection spring is stainless steel and also looks good viewed through the ejector housing slot.
One more time ...(10/02/2012)
Took my 1st SAA clone from a 15 pound pull down to ~ 4 . $$ well spent .
