This Heinie sight set for Glock Pistols features their rear Ledge design. The military inspired sight design combines the best features of their Classic and SlantPro with a few of its own that sets it apart from your target or EDC sight. Equipped with a wide square notch for quick acquisition of the front sight, the rear face slants forward and is serrated with contoured edges (so it can be carried everyday without worry of snagging). The Ledge was designed with a lip that allows the operator to cycle the slide with one hand easily, giving you the advantage in any situation. The legendary Straight Eight night sight system puts this set over the top as a must have. One single tritium insert in the rear (for low-light and night-time shooting) that aligns vertically with the single tritium front insert (when used as a set) creates a distinctly clear sight picture. This vertical alignment is proven to be faster and less confusing for the human eye. Fits all Glock models except: G36, G42, G43, G48 or pistols using suppressors or MOS/RMR plates. No fitting or modifications required for installation. Not for use with suppressors. *Rust Resistant Finish* Will fit Gen 5

Excellent Sights (08/03/2011)

The "Ledge" really works. I thought they might be a bit sharp on the edges, till I used them. They really bite on a shield.

The best combat night sites out there (13/04/2012)

I have used 4 different styles of night sites for my Glock, and after attending a 3 day tactical handgun course given by one of the best instructors in the country, I swapped out all the sites on my Glocks (5 of them) for the Heinie Straight Eight tritium sights. It just makes sense - instead of lining up three dots (which in the heat of combat can end up resulting in the center dot actually being to the far right or left) you just line up one dot on top of another and you are dead on. Simple, fast, no BS.

The Straight Eight design is perfect. The eye lines up things faster vertically and this makes for fast front sight acquisition and follow up shots. The best sight out there, I have them on all my Glocks.

Wrong height front sight included in set (18/09/2011)

Sight picture is nice, but included front sight is incorrect height for my 17. Whereas it shot perfect POA=POI with previous Trijicon and stock sight sets, since installing the Heinie set it shoots 4" high at 25 yards.

Best handgun sights ever. I have been a fan of straight 8 sights for a long time and heinie makes the best. They are very sturdy and show no finish wear even racking the sights off of my belt and or holster in training. they allow for very accurate and fast sight acquisition.

Heinie Slant Pro sights are the original and best self defense sights for Glocks. Unfortunately, Brownells does seem to carry a good inventory anymore and I've had to go elsewhere for my Heinie needs the last few times...

Great Sights for my Glock G17 (10/10/2009)

They work great on my G17 Glock. Fast sight picture, and can help get fast shots off with more than acceptable accuracy if the shooter does his/her part.

The sight picture is better, this sight makes accuracy better because the sights are more precise. Thinner front that has plenty of room in the rear notch for more precise adjustment. Nicely serrated. Trijicon inserts, A+

Better Than Factory 3 Dot Night Sights (24/06/2011)

Absolutely the best sights out there. Replaced my Glock factory 3 dot night sights with these after I saw them on a friend's XDm. The front sight picture is outstanding and my qual scores have improved substantially since installation. They are now on all my Glocks and have them on the wife's Glock 26 as well. Highly recommended.

These sights are fantastic!! I have them on all 9 of my glocks! From a subcompact 27 to the great 35, and a pair of 21s, they preform!! They fit in the dovetail VERY tight, the setscrew is unnessary. They are not as bright as some other brands, but I prefer them to trijicons, I hate the 3 dot setup! I have a pair that is almost 5 years old, and they are every bit as bright as my set made this year! Buy these and don't look back!!
