Definitely recommended

Brownells USA Must have product 21/01/2012

If you have an Encore then this is a must have product. It protects your chamber and makes it easier to insert a rod straight into the bore. It also holds the action open so you can just put the gun on your rest to clean without disassembly. No more solvent dripping into my trigger assembly! I wish I could give it 6 stars!

The product is better than described. I have used it both at home and the range during IHMSA competion. There is no contact with the chamber of the barrel from the cleaning rod, and can also serve as an OBI, won't fall out. Super product! Should also be made in other rimmed calibers, 44, 357, etc.
