It’s also engineered to sit at the right height for co-witnessing with iron sights. The Sync RMR Mount attaches to your shotgun using four screws and Scalarworks proprietary internal key-slot system. This spreads the recoil force over a larger area to help ensure the RMR doesn’t shift. The Sync’s water-tight mounting platform does not require a sealing plate between it and the battery compartment on the underside of the RMR.
