This feature allows units like the Walkers XCEL 100 Digital Electronic Muffs to be slimmer and smaller than older earmuffs that prevent a solid cheek weld. Each pair of Walkers XCEL 100 Digital Electronic Muffs features Variable Dynamic Sound Suppression, as well as wind-noise reduction properties and a Hi-Gain Omnidirectional Microphone that all work in conjunction to provide premium sound reduction and enhancement in a compact package. The earmuffs are powered by two AAA batteries, and the redesigned headband provides enhanced comfort. The unit provides 26 decibels of sound reduction.
