Buyer Beware(27/12/2011)
I bought this set of pins to finish out a 1911 build I'm doing for my wife. I ordered the Caspian Race Ready Receiver (168-100-110) for the build, so I figured I'd order this pin set since it's made by the same manufacturer. The ejector pin in this set is solid, and I think it's slightly oversize, as it bent while I was trying to install it into the ejector pin hole (yes, I had done the requisite notching of the ejector post, and there was no blocking of the hole when I looked thru it; I also should have measured the diameter of the pin against the diameter of the hole--I really think a roll pin is better for this application).
Additionally, if you decide to use the Cylinder and Slide Professional Trigger Kit (206-000-019), the hammer strut pin in this set is too large (the pin is .095 and the hole in the hammer is about .093). I reamed out the hole in the hammer, but it was still a very hard pin to drive in.
In the future, I will probably order a different set of pins. I may or may not order Caspian pins again, I haven't yet decided. The mainspring parts are all fine, as are the plunger pins and the sear and hammer pins.
I want to caveat the "Would you recommend this to a friend" question by saying I would recommend it, but I would also tell them what I experienced.
