The concave V-Groove button face offers excellent ergonomic feel and self-centers the index finger as pressure is applied. The horizontal, parallel serrations helps slippage in the vertical orientation while minimizing drag in the horizontal direction for finger retraction. The BAD-EMR also features a lightweight skeletonize back to offset the weight gained from the fully solid button face and slightly increased height to equal the weight of the standard mil-spec magazine release (approxmiately 0.002 lbs). BAD-EMR is compatible with all lower receivers that accepts mil-spec magazine release buttons.
SPECS: Precision CNC Machined for billet 7075-T6 Aluminum.

Perfect!
I will use it on another project
Feels natural(30/07/2016)
I was on the hunt for "different" mag release button. I came across this one and the price was right. After installing it and trying it out I was happy with how natural the button felt. Also, because of the shape of the button the mag release was a little easier to find, even for a seasoned shooter as myself. I am actually buying two more for some other builds.
High quality, different, and subtle. (04/06/2017)
It looks much nicer than stock, feels better, yet looks like it could be factory standard. I like the super high quality. It's a very nice and affordable custom upgrade that doesn't look gawdy or screaming for attention.
Great for LR-308(11/08/2017)
This button is a little taller than the one that came with the dpms LPK. Works perfectly with gen1 DPMS lowers also put one on a CMMG lower. Exactly what was needed.
The best upgrade you dont need!(27/12/2017)
Yes, I consider this an upgrade. Let me explain why you will too.
The button sits a millimeter or two higher than standard mil-spec part. Although I did find this awkward at first, I have grown accustomed to this and now prefer it. It raises the buttons surface, providing more leverage and spring tension. I have faster reloads because of this. Transitioning back to mil-spec button feels squashy, and the lower engagement require just a little more effort to use, and usually has me depressing the button much more than required. I am now ordering one for all of my weapons.
Ascetically, this is beautiful. It will make any AR look and feel more premium. The smooth surface works well with gloves and doesn't pull on glove finger tips, my pet peeve. The finish has remained entirely intact with no chips after several months of adverse conditions and multiple painting/stripping processes.
You can scrape together 5 bucks from the change in your couch! this is a no brainer!
