Brownells USA Totally unnecessary 15/11/2016

As a new AR builder, I got this tool not knowing how easy magazine catch installation was. If you're building a lower receiver, you'll already have plenty of pins and punches that will do the job that this does: pushing lightly on a thing that's just too small for your finger to get to. A pencil or even a car key will do: there's nothing delicate or special about this.

Brownells USA Totally unnecessary tool 04/09/2012

I have found that a small wooden dowel or the eraser end of a pencil works just as well and costs virtually nothing. And this gets lost in the bottom of my range bag.
