Checkering Rifflers are used by many professional checkerers and stockmakers instead of bent needle files for pointing-up checkering, cleaning up damaged or old checkering, and border work. The No. 131 we recommend and carry has a full 3-square shape, cutting a perfect 60° angle. File teeth meet exactly square on corners, will cut finest hairline cut at bottom of diamond grooves. Has approximately 35° up-bend at tip. Exceedingly nice to work with.
