Includes: Variable Power Recoil Spring which functions with a wider range of ammo than single power springs; Hammer Spring which lightens trigger pull; Extra Power Firing Pin Spring; New Magazine Catch; Series 80 Firing Pin Safety Block Spring; Plunger Tube Springs, plus the Sear Spring. Definitely recommended
Excellent Kit 15/03/2018
If you want to improve the trigger pull on your Colt Mustang, get this set, a solid trigger, and a Cylinder & Slide machined sear.The standard Mustang sear is a stamp piece of sheet metal. The C&S sear dropped right into both my Mustangs, no stoning required. The reduced power hammer spring made a great improvement. There is still plenty of power to ignite primers.My pull measured 4 1/2 lbs after these changes. The 12 lb recoil spring will prevent the frame from being battered when using full power loads. Installing a stainless recoil rod along with this recoil spring will really smooth out the slide recoil. You can't go wrong with this kit. I don't know if it will work on a Sig 238 or Springfield 911.

Makes the recoil and cocking of the hammer great in the Sig P238.
My 9 year old can manipulate the slide and hammer easily,
The Pony seems to be tighter all around, and not as smooth as the Sig, there is minimal change from stock feel when changing both springs out. I wouldnt recommend this at all for a new Mustang.
