I've got these sights on three Glock pistols and my duty M&P. Once other officers saw these sights, they started buying them for their pistols.
The front sight is very quick and easy to pick up in the day light, and obtaining a good sight picture is fast. They're durable, well-made, and easy to install. The tritium insert in the front sight is just like any other tritium insert and works very well at night. There's nothing to dislike about these sights.
During a recent class, we did a bunch of one hand reloads using the sights as an anchor point to run the slide and chamber a round. Still zeroed and still perfect.
Rear sight issues(16/07/2014)
The front sight installed fine. Had issues with the install of the rear sight. The design of the rear sight leaves next to nothing for the sight tool to make contact. There was no purchase for a brass drift punch. So, the sight tool was my best bet. Look at the picture (the 1mm vertical height).
This issue, along with a fit that was just way too tight, added up to the side of the sight deforming to the point that I didn't want to risk continuing. Sight wasn't canted, and height adjustment was right for the tool. This was after cleaning, then prepping the slide and sight with oil. I did a search online, and this is a known issue for this model and the M&P. Wish I would have done the search before ordering it; I would have stuck with the Trijicon HD's or some Heinie.
Take this for what it's worth. I might have gotten a sight that was slightly thicker than the other reviewer. I've installed enough sights in the last 15 years to know it wasn't me; you could have better luck. I put the factory rear sight back on, and I'm settling with the combination of the two. I'm not happy, but I'm not going to remove the front sight. The rear CAP sight isn't tritium, so it wasn't a huge loss.
