The definitive ork(01/04/2010)
If you have ever wanted to accurately fit rifle barrels, you need to get this book. Mr. Hinnant presents, in a clear precise manner, everything necessary to do a complete, professional job. The techniques presented assume some knowledge of machine procedures, and the ability to read plans, as well as access to a lathe. The illustrations prepared by the author are clear and complete.
A great book(11/05/2015)
Very well-written and detailed book on barrel-fitting. Everything in the description is true and accurate. Pretty helpful if you've never fit a bolt-action barrel before, and VERY informative if you're used to just doing one type.
Best By Far(30/09/2017)
I've purchased many gunsmithing books but this, by far, has the best explanation for rifle re-barreling and chambering.
Processes explained clearly and, most importantly, are accompanied by clear diagrams.
