This is a very nice addition to any 1911. It has a classy and unique look to it, and when it says a light stoning is all that is needed to achieve a smooth crisp trigger pull, they mean it. It was good just dropped in. After some very light stoning it was perfect.

I just installed one of these. The hammer is of high quality materials and is finished very well. It is a good looking hammer as well. The hooks were square and cut to exactly .018". The only thing I didn't like about it was that the halfcock notch is NOT national match cut as it appears in the picture. The halfcock notch also sits rather high, so you will not be able to adjust for absolute minimum over-travel without modifying it.
