Brownells USA Great investment! 10/02/2016

This little rivet cutter made me save over $200 in gunsmithing work on my old 870 Wingmaster, which had been sitting in the gun safe for years because of a ''too-expensive-to-replace'' broken ejector spring. The instructions provided with the tool are very clear and allowed me, as indicated, to re-use the rivet to lock the new spring into the ejector. The only thing I did differently than prescribed by the instructions was to drive the rivet cutter down on the tiny rivet head by hand instead of using a press drill. The rivet cutter being very sharp and the rivet metal being very soft, I was afraid to ruin the rivet using a press drill. It took me 10 minutes to cut the rivet head slowly and safely by hand (clockwise twist of the fingers with little pressure).

Thanks Brownells for this great tool!
